Safety of Ethics

This master of business ethics research and conclusions are valuable to the global energy sector and local or global communities. It addresses human factors, characters and motivation, analysed by genetics, epi-genetics, noetic science, neuro science in combination with human reasoning and consciousness and man's limitless creativity.
Human choices and human actions decide if the energy sector adheres to HSE and CSR requirements and needs before laws of physics prevents man to continue.

Human intentions are crucial to decision making processes and their outcome. Ethics can be used as a science, next to physics, chemistry or biology. Deterministic and empirical proof no longer suffices to find truly sustainable solutions on global energy issues. We can choose to solve these issues by allowing philosophy to again be a part of the basis for decisions that have global impact on Health, Safety and the Environment, and therefore ourselves.

The thesis addresses just that. It provides 3 case studies and takes the reader on a journey of understanding that his or her reasoning capacity in a three dimensional world is in fact quite limited and ultimately detrimental to our social cohesion and survival.

To sustain life, energy and our world, there is only one security; it can be found in Safety of Ethics. It not only talks about HSE or CSR for corporations, but also on a macro scale such as leading and guiding communities, cities, countries and our world.

The project suggests to appoint a CPO in modern management hierarchy running governments and corporations. This Chief Philosophy Officer asks the right questions, or if you will, ALL the questions like Bertrand Russell and other thinkers proposed.
A whole picture is needed based on a total reality (physics in combination with philosophy) is now proven by quantum mechanics as the unified field.
Preferred answers are often motivated by ulterior goals. Profit before people is at a dead end! Energy abundance is a reality. But how to choose or use one's free will to achieve it? The answers are given by this research.
